Every student who learns Chinese in China at Keats will receive an official course certificate and a gift from Keats at the end of the program. As a way to show our special thanks to the students, we carefully select different kinds of gifts for our students. We have a prepared an unusual gift recently for one of the leaving students.
Hauw, who comes from the Netherlands, just finished a 4-week Intensive One-on-one Chinese Language Program at Keats. Hauw really enjoyed his stay at Keats in Kunming. He was not only very satisfied with his progress in Chinese language, but also very happy with the service provided by Keats. Hauw told us that learning Chinese at Keats gave him so much valuable memories. When taking the Mandarin lessons, he also traveled to many interesting places. Although Hauw’s program spanned from January to February, it never got very cold in Kunming and the temperature kept around 24℃. Far away from pollution, Hauw enjoyed the blue sky in Kunming everyday, which provided so much convenience for his study and trips.
Time flied and it was time to leave for Hauw. He hoped to bring a special gift for his family. He came up with a wonderful idea, which was to write down his name and his family’s names through Chinese calligraphy. We really liked Hauw’s idea and we suggested to write the names on the Chinese-style fans.
After we got three beautiful Chinese fans, Jayden from Keats wrote down the names with a traditional Chinese stamp with best wishes. Hauw was very happy to receive such a gift and showed his great interest of coming back to Keats next time. On behalf of all Keats staff, we wish Hauw and his family a peaceful and happy life. Keats always welcomes you back!
