On Monday this week, the elementary class experienced a special culture class – making tea and they had a discussion about the Chinese tea culture. Ms Huang is the teacher who takes charge of the elementary class. And she organized this activity to help the students understand more about the tea culture in China.
“You know, China is famous for tea culture, and Yunnan is famous for the green tea like Pu‘er” Ms. Huang introduced. Actually, the students learned about tea from their textbook. “But a better way to learn Chinese tea is to taste the tea first and then share with everyone about your idea about the different types of tea”. After some introduction from the teacher, the student who is good at making tea could get the chance to show and introduce the tea to other students.
