Recently, more and more students found the dishes at Keats school were different from before. Actually, the new chef at Keats school has brought with her various styles in cooking.
Our new chef is called Aunty Zhao. Aunty Zhao is good at cooking Chuang food. Chuang food is one of the best cosines in China. Also the people in Yunnan cook Chuang food. Besides cooking Chuang food, Aunty Zhao is also good at cooking daily dishes. She understands the importance of healthy, as well as tasty, food-she never put MSG into her dishes.
Aunty Zhao learned to cook Chinese dishes from her Mother when she was young. Her Mother was the best chef in a traditional Kunming restaurant, called Minshen restaurant which opened in the 70’s, eventually closed in the 90’s.
Before Aunty Zhao came to Keats, she had her own restaurant for many years in Kunming. She made lots of friends, many of which were foreigner- because they not only appreciated her tasty dishes, but also her open-minded personality.
Since Aunty Zhao joined Keats, more kinds of dishes appear in the cafeteria. Keats school has received many good reviews from the students. It seems every student likes the food at Keats.
