July 22 2020 Language Exchange Successfully Held

Keats students and Chinese people had a language exchange activity on July 22, 2020. The activity was very successful. In order to comply with the current COVID-19 precautions, we limited the activity to 20 people. After playing some ice-breaking games, we discussed some interesting topics. We enjoyed this activity and have made lots of new friends.

Keats School is open now and will always be open. Keats School is staying with you all the time. No matter what help you need, Keats is the one you can turn to and rely on. During this difficult time, we hope everyone stays safe and enjoys life. Stay strong, stay encouraged, life cannot be better. Make every day a new start. We would like to extend sincere gratitude for the kindness showed by all Keats students, Keats teachers, and Keats friends. Even we are in different parts of the world, we feel we are so close. May peace and love be with all of you.

Intensive One-on-One Chinese Classes

This is my second time coming. Last year, I also came for about 12 weeks. This time I came for 13 weeks of a summer program in China. The reason why I particularly want to come to this school was because of the one-on-one classes. I was able to increase my level and learn Chinese more quickly than in group classes. If I have a chance again to come next year, I certainly will.

It has been notable because I have met a lot of people who I met first time last year like me to come back to Keats this year. The teaching has been fantastic. The teachers carefully prepare each lesson. Small Group Chinese Class

The teachers at Keats know how to read the students and how to help students learn Chinese language easily. They know the level of the students. I am a slow learner, but they managed to adapt to my learning. They made the class very fun, very exciting. I am pleased that not only I got to learn the culture and the language, but I also got to make amazing friends, really unbelievable, Chinese friends and European friends, American friends, from all over the world.

I took the one-on-one Intensive Chinese class for 6 hours a day. The classes are very interesting. The teachers are caring and the content the teacher teaches me is suitable for my level. It is an easy way to learn Mandarin. I have a lot of time practicing Chinese in class. The food is great here. I have improved my Chinese through this program at Keats.

Intensive One-on-One Chinese Classes

I have been to Keats School to learn Chinese for 4 times now. The reason for coming back to this school is pretty much that the teachers I did work with were very good Chinese teachers. I make it a 5-year plan or even a 10-year plan to come back to this school.  All the teachers have methods of looking at what your skills are. They are aware of at what level you are. I think it is worth for everyone.

Small Group Chinese Class

Before I came to Keats School, I had no confidence in my Chinese proficiency. I did not have the confidence to speak Mandarin Chinese and chat with Chinese people. However, after 4 months of study at Keats, I become more and more confident in speaking Chinese now. Studying Chinese in China at Keats School has been the best decision I have ever made. Kunming is a fantastic city. The weather here is great. The school is excellent. The instructors are very helpful, very friendly.
