Different student has different goal of study Chinese. If we use the same materials or same methods to teach them, the learning result would not be satisfied. So we encourage our teachers use different materials and methods according to student’s individual needs and different topics in every day’s Chinese teaching. And prepare for each class well.

So our teachers will prepare for every class. One of our teachers Ms. Tang she said, to prepare class is to be a hobby. And when she prepare, she can see the student’s progress. ‘It’s like a hope!’ Ms. Tang mentioned. So Ms. sometimes will stay at school to prepare the class with other teachers, sometimes she will prepare at home. After the preparation, she will communicate with other teachers at Keats school together. They share many new ideas or methods.

Ms. Ma said, if she did not prepare the class, she could not have class even she is already an experienced teacher. As one of the teaching supervisors of Keats school, Ms. Ma believed that the preparation of class is not important for teachers to teach Chinese, but also very important for school to keep high teaching quality.
