Every teacher was surprised by a new colorful paper at Keats school this semester. On Monday, Ms. Yang found that there are colorful feedbacks on the wall. There are many reviews for every teacher which was wrote from Keats School on the feedback.For example,

“Dear Mr. Wu, you are very flexible to adapt the class for the students.”
“Dear Ms. Zhang, your preparation for you students are impressive and there are so many interesting exercises we can learn from you.”

All the teachers could find the specific review only for them on the wall. And they also found that Keats school cares about them very much. And they appreciate that Keats school can encourage them in a special way and they feel so warm about this. This new system do built a bridge between school and teachers.
