The hottest topic of this morning is the performance last night. Several Keats’ students went to Yunnan theater to watch the biggest minority dance drama performance. The performance called 云南印象 （yún nán yìn xiàng ）Dynamic Yunnan.

As a province which consists of 25 minorities, Yunnan attracts all the guests from all over the world to experience the unique cultural diversity. And Dynamic Yunnan combines history, culture, folk music, minority dance together and shows a wonderful view of Yunnan. You can have an unforgettable culture experience by the Tibetan dance, Yi people’s folk song, drum dance, peacock dance, and so on in one show.

An American student and a Spanish student mentioned that they were really impressed by the drum dance and peacock dance. They have never seen any dance like Peacock dance before. And they are so lucky that the peacock dancer last night was Yang Liping, the most famous dancer in China and producer of Dynamic Yunnan. They felt that the show was really dynamic, delicate, graceful and powerful. They are so glad to be there because all artists made them feel that they are also a part of the show.

A Japanese student said she was obsessed with the folk song of Yi people. She would like to visit the hometown of Yi people after her study.
