When you use the plastic bags to preserve tea, you’d better choose those plastics with sealing function or the special one for food packing. These kinds of material could be thicker and with higher closeness. However, never preserve tea with the smelly plastic bag or the reproduction one. Preserver the tea in low temperature

Cryopreservation is to keep the preserved tea above five degrees. That is preserving the tea with the freezer or the cold storage. Storing the tea within 6 months, it is more economical and effective to keep the tea under zero degree to five degrees. Besides, it is better to keep the tea under ten degrees below zero to eighteen degrees below zero, if you’d like to use the tea over half a year.

It is best to use one freezer to preserve the tea only. If it is inevitable to preserve the tea with other food in one freezer, the tea has to be well prepared in case of the tea mixes with the odor. Ensure air circulation well in which the tea preserved in order to cool the tea leaves thoroughly.

You’d better not take out the tea from the container until the tea in the container rises in the same temperature with the outside. Taking out the tea from the freezer, if you open up the container at once, it will increase the water content of the tea by condensing vapor in the air so that the remaining tea could go bad more quickly.
