On the date of April 3rd, the China Yunnan Education Exchange and Cooperation Promotion was held in Dayu Hotel of Hahoi. The foreign students who come to learn Chinese language in China should know it is an important supporting program to promote the education exchange and cooperation of Yunnan with Vietnam in 2012. On the opening ceremony of the seminar，Luo Chongmin, the minister of Yunnan Ministry of Education gave a speech on strengthening the cooperation in education with Vietnam and support the educational business in Vietnam.
According to Luo Chongmin, he just visited the chairman of Vietnam Truong Tan Sang with the delegation lead by Yunnan governor and held a conference, during which much time was spent in discussing the education cooperation between China and Vietnam. Yunnan province will fully open educational resources to Vietnam, hoping to continue to expand cooperation with the Vietnam in the teachers, students, and academic exchanges in higher education so that to share educational resources and results in Yunnan with teachers and students in Vietnam.
During the speech, Ruan Qingxuan, the deputy director of international cooperation office of the Minister of Education in Vietnam, said that Vietnam has opened the cooperation in education field with 40 countries. Some students who learn Chinese online free may be told that more than 400 educational programs have been processed with foreign countries. Therefore, Vietnam hopes to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the field of education with Yunnan, China.
Chinese Ambassador to Vietnam cultural counselor Liu Sanzhen said in his speech that this Yunnan—Vietnam education exchange and cooperation promotion is held for the purpose of strengthening the friendship of China and Vietnam. The educational resources of higher education in Yunnan are applicable to Vietnam. In order to help the students in Vietnam to continue their study in Yunnan, China will provide scholarships to Vietnam students.
In addition, in this promotion conference, the representatives of colleges and universities in Yunnan introduced the teaching advantages of the schools. 13 colleges and universities in Yunnan participated in this seminar, including Kunming University of Science and Technology, Yunnan University of Minority, Kunming Medical College and Yunnan Agricultural University that the foreigners who learn Chinese in the city of Kunming all know. After that, the educational representatives from Yunnan communicated with the teachers and students in Vietnam to know more conditions of education in Vietnam.
