Facing with the developing tendency and teaching situation, as the motherland of Chinese language, we should be the leader in the domestic and abroad establishment of Chinese language learning program, besides the investment of policy, measures, human resources and material resources in order to support the development of Chinese language learning program. Without this support, the internationalization of Chinese language will be limited. For this reason, the establishment of international Chinese language learning program is one of the basic strategies which meet the present Chinese teaching development and adapt to the future development.

The establishment of Chinese teaching program will provide optimized, scientific and rich achievement for the teaching contents, teaching outlines, textbooks, teaching approaches, teaching patterns and evaluation system of Chinese characters and Chinese cultures so that the international Chinese teaching can be well-ordered, efficient, greater, faster, better and more economical.
