The news from the Sanxingdui Site Museum in Guanghan, Sichuan Province said that the 67 pieces of cultural relics in Sanxingdui Site would be displayed from Sep. 2014 in the United States. The itinerant exhibition would last for 10 months. Following the first appearance on the electronic display screen in March in New York Times Square, the exhibition was the second time for display in foreign countries. The officers of the museum said the exhibition was an opportunity for the foreigners to get to know the history and culture of ancient China. The site was famous all over China and those who were learning Mandarin in China would not be unfamiliar with the significance of the site.

The Boers Museum of Cultural Art was located in the Santa Ana City, California, United States. The museum was dedicated to cultural exchange between China for years and had successfully held some huge scale exhibitions which helped to connect China with America. The museum was renowned in the United States and was valued as one of the most desirable museums in News Week.

Wang Juzhong, Member of the Standing Committee of Guanghan City and the Director of the Sanxingdui Council told the journalists the cooperation with the museum was to promote the long history of China, the culture of ancient Chengdu, the international popularity of Sanxingdui. The cooperation would play an active role in promoting the influence of the site and make people know the history and culture of ancient Chengdu.

Sanxingdui Site was the cultural site which had the largest scale, the longest duration of history and the richest culture reflected the ancient town, ancient country and the ancient Chengdu. It was considered as one of the greatest discoveries of human beings in 20th century. It was named the Origin of the Yangtze River Culture and regarded as the mother of Chinese civilization like the Yangtze River Area and Yellow River Area.

It was reported that there were a lot of the activities held by the Sanxingdui Site Museum. The relics of the Sanxingdui Site Museum had been on display in Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, England, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, America, Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong. The visitors in each country were all impressed by the splendid history and culture it presented. Most visitors in foreign countries expressed the hope that they could visit Chengdu in the future and could learn Mandarin Chinese to conveniently communicate with the natives about the history and culture there.
