There is a Wen BI Tower located in the southeast of Qiubei County, Wenshan Prefecture of Yunnan province. Among the totally seven stories, you can see the door opening on the fifth floor and four intaglio characters inscribed on the seventh story, reading Wen Guang Pu Zhao.
What on the top of the tower was that with the shape of bottle gourd with a height of 50 centimeters. Unfortunately, it was destroyed because of lightening stroke, forming the flat shape with four rising corners. The thing that amazes the foreign learners who study in qualified Mandarin program may be the Chinese flowering crabapple tree grows on the top of the tower. When it comes to the season of blossom, the tower is beautifully decorated by the flowers, creating a wonderful view in Qiubei. It is still alive after such a long process of explosion to wind and rain.
The Qing Long Mountain under the tower is covered by various trees and plants. In the year of 1984, some new spots such as Viewing Pavilion, Stone Corridor and Stone Lion were added, making it Wen Bi Mountain Forest Park. When you step up to the Viewing Pavilion, you can have a panoramic view of the whole scene and you can see clearly Qiubei county seat.
