不同点

1、“具体”主要表示事情的各个方面都很明确，不笼统，反义词是“抽象”
“详细”主要表示事情的各个方面都考虑到了，全面而仔细，反义词是“简略”
“具体” is mainly used to describe something clearly in different angles, rather than vague. It has the opposite meaning with “抽象”. On the other hand, “详细” mainly focus on all the aspects of something comprehensively and carefully. It has the opposite meaning of “简略”.
看得到的“眼泪”是具体的，看不到的“悲伤”是抽象的。

听张教授的课，我得做详细的笔记。

2、“详细”可以重叠成“详详细细”，“具体”不能重叠。
“详细” could be reduplicated as “详详细细”. But it does not work for “具体”.

经理详详细细地询问了那款产品的每一个生产环节。
别骗我了，这件事情的所有细节我都详详细细地调查过了。

3、“具体”可以修饰“人、时间、地点、单位、事情、问题、对象、形式”等，“详细”没有这样的用法。
“具体” can be used in “person, time, place, unit, affair, issue, object, form ” and so on. However, “详细” couldn’t.
我还不知道开会的具体时间和具体地点呢。
他考上了语言学专业的研究生，但还没有确定具体研究方向。
每项工作要落实到具体工作的人。

4、“具体”还可以表示“特定的”，“详细”没有这个意思。
