Guang Yun Mian Temple in Yunnan

Guang Yun Mian Temple is located in the north direction of Mengdong Street in Cangyuan County. It is also called Xue Tang Mian Temple. When you come to study in China, you should know it was originally built in Qing Dynasty. It belongs to the architecture of Hinayana. The temple covers a total area of 2,200 square meters. If you go there when you study in China, you can see it is made up of halls and temple gate. It is a kind of architecture combine treble eaves with square pavilion.

The existing hall has a width of 14.8 meters and a depth of 24.4 meters from the door. If you ever seen it when you learn Chinese language in China, you might find it is a wooden frame of column and tie construction, which is tyoical in China. In front of the hall, there are columns carved with the Chinese dragon. Some students who study in China can also find there are many colorful paintings in the inside wall of the hall. The contents are about Buddhism stories. The style of architecture is the combination of Han style and Dai style.
