The Black Dragon Garden of Lijiang is also named the Jade Spring Garden, which is located at the foot of Xiangshan Mountain of Northern Lijiang. When the foreigners who study in China walk along the Yu River about 1 kilometer, they will see the crystal Black Dragon Lake. It‘s very famous in home and abroad because of its beautiful scenery and crystal water. During the period when you study in China, you may hear that it enjoys the reputation of  “jade at the northwest plateau of Yunnan”, surrounded by clear water and dense forest and embellished by ancient architecture.

The whole garden is divided into four scenic areas: the Yu River, the Dragon Lake, the crystal river and the forest. Those who study in intensive Chinese language courses can enjoy 10 scenic spots like the Stone Archway, the Jade Spring scenery, the Jade dragon in the blue ocean, the dragon lake of jade water, etc. Besides, if you visit here when you study in China, you can also see a series of ancient architecture complex of Naxi people. Of course, there are many other constructions built in Qing Dynasty are spread in the Jade Spring Garden.
