On the day of March 22nd, the flag handover ceremony of the 13th Asian Festival flag was held in Kunming, marking the preparations for the festival was officially launched. During the flag handover ceremony, Zhang Zulin, the mayor of Kunming took over the Asian Festival flag from Zhao Shaohua, the vice minister of the Ministry of Culture, symbolizing the preparation work of the festival officially launched.
