There are various packages with different hours. If I buy a 20-hour package, do I have to finish the 20 hours in one week or one month?
The online Chinese lessons are entirely tailored to your needs and your schedule. You can take the lessons at your own pace.
For example, 2 hours for each online lesson, 2 online lessons a week, so you will consume 4 hours of the lessons each week. You will finish the 20 hours of lessons in 5 weeks.
For example, 1 hour for each online lesson, 2 online lessons a week, so you will consume 2 hours of the lessons each week. You will finish the 20 hours of lessons in 10 weeks.
If you want an intensive online Chinese course, you can take the online lessons for 4 hours per day, you will finish the 20 hours of lessons in 5 days.
How should I get started after I send the payment for the online Chinese lessons?
After you send the payment, please kindly send us an email (online@keatschinese.com) with the following information:
1. The time and date (Beijing time) that you would like to take the online Chinese lessons.
2. Your current Chinese level and your learning goals
We will get back to you within 1 working day.

How do I get the learning materials for the online Chinese lessons?
The learning materials will be shared with you before the class officially starts.
How far in advance should I inform my teacher if I need to cancel a class?
If you need to cancel a class, please kindly send an email to online@keatschinese.com at least 12 hours in advance before your lesson starts. In this case, the tuition fee will not be charged.
12 hours before the start of class, if the school does not receive your cancellation notice, the school will arrange for the teacher to attend classes as usual. If you cancel the course temporarily without enough notice or do not attend the class on time, the school will charge the tuition fees as usual.
Can I pause the course and resume at a later time?
Yes, the one-on-one online Chinese course is a very flexible course. You can take more lessons when you are free and take fewer lessons when you are busy.
If you need to stop taking lessons temporarily, you can email us (online@keatschinese.com). The school will not arrange for the teacher to attend classes, so no tuition fees are charged. When you are ready to resume the course, you can send us an email, and we will arrange the lessons for you.
