When seeing the sentences with the structure 跟…说得来, the foreign students who come to learn Chinese in China need to know it is used to express to have something in common with somebody like 在我们单位,我跟几个年轻人比较说得来. The negative form of is 跟…说不来, meaning there is some misunderstanding between two persons like 我跟她可说不来.
