For this weekend’s Chinese cultural activity, Keats School will hold a lecture about Chinese Lantern Festival. Anyone interested in participating is welcome to the school. This is a good chance to get to know Chinese festival culture. The lecturer will be one of Keats School’s teachers. If you are interested in getting to know about learning Chinese in China at Keats, you are also welcome to come and talk to Keats staff after the lecture.

WHAT: Free Trial Chinese Class

Why:

Keats School will hold a series of FREE trial Chinese classes (Pinyin, Elementary, Intermediate, Advanced) from Feb 18 to Feb 22 and from Feb 25 to Mar 1, 2013. Students who are interested in taking small Chinese classes next semester at Keats School are all welcome to attend. All the lessons are FREE.Refreshments will be served during the activities and free gifts will be given at the end of the activities. The format of the free trial Chinese class will be the same as the real small group Chinese class.

If you have never studied Chinese or if you think your Pinyin pronouciation is not as standard as you expect, we recommend you take the free Chinese Pinyin lesson from 8:30am to 10:30am. You will master all the Pinyin in 1 week. The free Pinyin classes will be held two times in a roll.

When: Feb 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 25, 26, 27, 28, and Mar 1 (2 weeks in total):

  • Free Chinese Pinyin Lesson: 8:30am to 10:30am.
  • Free Trial Chinese Class (Elementary): 10:30am to 12:30pm
  • Free Trial Chinese Class (Intermediate): 1:30pm to 3:30pm
  • Free Trial Chinese Class (Advanced): 3:30pm to 5:30pm
  • Visa Service Consulting and Registration: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Kunming is a great place to learn Chinese in China because not many Chinese on the street speak English. Keats has been a great school for me and a lot of other foreigners who studied in China recommended it to me. I think they are all right. The study method here is really structured.
