There are many aspects you need to pay attention when you study Mandarin. In daily life, if you intend to mean it is unworthy of the name or it has not reached a certain degree or amount, you can make sentences with the pattern 这也叫…, for instance, 这也叫图书馆？连工具书搜没有. Another structure that the students who got internships in China should know is 这一…不要紧, … which is to emphasize the latter trouble is caused by a certain action like 这一洗不要紧，衣服缩了两厘米.
