Antes de vir para a Escola Keats, não tinha confiança na minha proficiência em chinês. Não tinha confiança para falar mandarim e conversar com chineses. No entanto, após 4 meses de estudo na Keats, estou cada vez mais confiante a falar chinês. Estudar chinês na China, na Escola Keats, foi a melhor decisão que tomei. No ano passado, comecei a estudar chinês na universidade. Vim para aqui porque estou a preparar-me para o exame HSK 5. Além disso, ouvi dizer que esta é uma das melhores escolas para estudar mandarim na China. Depois de ter chegado, percebi que Kunming é uma cidade muito agradável para se viver e, em relação aos métodos de ensino dos professores, acho que são muito profissionais. E acho que o ambiente para a aprendizagem da língua é ótimo, por isso agora estou pronto para fazer o HSK 5.
Tenho a dizer que é muito divertido. Estou aqui há duas semanas. Sem saber como seria, fiquei mais do que surpreendido com o quão ótimo é. Os professores são ótimos e compreensivos. Oferecem um programa de chinês que se adapta perfeitamente a si. A localização é perfeita para aprender chinês na China.
Os meus professores são todos excelentes. Receberam um treinamento muito profissional. Sinto que aprendo muito rápido com os meus professores. Sou estudante de pós-graduação a frequentar o doutoramento na Universidade de Columbia. Conseguimos focar-nos bastante na conversação, especialmente nas entrevistas, e melhorámos muito as minhas capacidades de leitura e escrita em chinês. Assim, quando regressar a Columbia, poderei ter aulas formais de chinês. Tem sido uma experiência muito boa e adoro a minha professora.
