Tôi tên là Sarah Fish, 81 tuổi. Lúc đến đây, tôi biết rất ít tiếng Trung. Làm sao tôi có thể vượt qua 2 tuần học tiếng Trung chuyên sâu chứ? Giờ nghĩ lại, tôi phải bật cười. Không quan trọng trình độ tiếng Trung của bạn như thế nào, thậm chí bạn có thể bắt đầu từ trình độ 0. Giáo viên sẽ chuẩn bị bài học theo yêu cầu của bạn. Lợi thế của việc sống trong ký túc xá là bạn sẽ được kèm cặp, có chỗ ở riêng với phòng tắm riêng và được cung cấp đầy đủ các bữa ăn. Tôi thực sự khuyên mọi người nên chọn gói dịch vụ này vì bạn sẽ có cơ hội gặp gỡ các bạn học sinh khác.
Tôi thấy trường Keats rất tốt, giáo viên xuất sắc và thực sự coi trọng học sinh. Côn Minh là nơi tốt nhất để học tiếng Trung ở Trung Quốc. Môi trường tuyệt vời, không ô nhiễm. Chất lượng không khí tốt, thời tiết đẹp. Người dân ở đây rất thân thiện. Tôi đến học mỗi ngày. Tôi cảm thấy thoải mái khi học tiếng Trung tại Keats. Tôi đã học được rất nhiều điều, mặc dù chỉ học ở Keats trong 2 tháng. Tôi thực sự hài lòng với giáo viên của mình. Đối với chúng tôi, những người nước ngoài, Keats là trường dạy tiếng Trung tốt nhất ở Trung Quốc. Vì vậy, tôi rất khuyến khích mọi người nên học tại Keats.
Trước khi đến trường Keats, tôi không tự tin về khả năng tiếng Trung của mình. Tôi không tự tin nói tiếng Quan thoại và trò chuyện với người Trung Quốc. Tuy nhiên, sau 4 tháng học tại Keats, tôi ngày càng tự tin hơn khi nói tiếng Trung. Học tiếng Trung tại trường Keats ở Trung Quốc là quyết định đúng đắn nhất mà tôi từng đưa ra. Lớp học có nhiều trò chơi, và phương pháp giảng dạy của giáo viên cũng rất thú vị. Trải nghiệm tại trường Keats đã thay đổi quan điểm của tôi về Trung Quốc và người Trung Quốc.
Tôi là nghiên cứu sinh đang theo học tiến sĩ tại Đại học Columbia. Chúng tôi đã có thể tập trung vào kỹ năng nói, đặc biệt là kỹ năng nói trong phỏng vấn, và chúng tôi đã giúp tôi nâng cao đáng kể kỹ năng đọc và viết tiếng Trung, để khi quay lại Columbia, tôi có thể tham gia các lớp học tiếng Trung chính quy.
