Jag tycker Kunming är en fantastisk stad, vädret är riktigt bra. Jag gillar verkligen Keats skola och tyckte att den är väldigt organiserad. Lärarna här är väldigt bra. De har ett kafé och nya klassrum, en ny lounge här nu, så att du kan koppla av med dina vänner och öva din talade kinesiska med infödda. Om du funderar på att komma till Keats för att studera, skulle jag verkligen rekommendera det. Det är det bästa stället att lära sig mandarin och jag tror att det kommer att bli en fantastisk upplevelse för dig.
Jag tog den individuella intensivkursen i kinesiska sex timmar om dagen. Lektionerna är väldigt intressanta. Lärarna är omtänksamma och innehållet de lär mig passar min nivå. Det är ett enkelt sätt att lära sig mandarin. Jag har mycket tid över till att öva kinesiska i klassrummet. Maten är fantastisk här. På Keats har jag många möjligheter att öva på det jag har lärt mig. Jag gillar verkligen den här skolan, eftersom jag kan lära mig kinesiska på egen hand, så jag tycker att det här är det bästa språkfärdighetsprogrammet i Kina och min lärare är den bästa läraren. Jag känner att utan min lärare skulle min kinesiska definitivt inte förbättras så mycket. Jag är väldigt glad eftersom jag på Keats har förbättrat min kinesiska avsevärt.
Att lyssna och tala i klassrummet varje dag har förbättrat mina kommunikationsförmågor. Efter tre veckor blev mina nya ord och meningar mer och mer naturliga och flytande. Nu är jag van vid att tänka på kinesiska, och jag förstår bättre vad andra säger, för att kunna ha riktiga samtal med andra människor.
Jag måste säga att det är jättekul. Jag har varit här i två veckor. Utan att veta hur det skulle bli blev jag mer än förvånad över hur bra det är. Lärarna är fantastiska, de är förstående. De har ett kinesiskt språkprogram som passar just dig. Läget är perfekt för att lära sig kinesiska i Kina.
Så under min första vecka på Keats vågade jag inte tala några kinesiska ord. Jag upptäckte att min kinesiska nivå snabbt förbättrades sedan dess. Även om jag har många alternativ att studera i Kina, till exempel erbjuder vissa andra skolor hemvistelse, upptäckte jag att jag kunde fördjupa mig och helt fokusera på att lära mig kinesiska genom att bo på Keats.
Vi använder många spel för att lära oss grammatik och nya ord. Vi har riktigt bra lärare, väldigt tålmodiga. Hon hjälper oss mycket. Vår klass är riktigt trevlig och vi har människor från hela världen, olika länder. Vi diskuterar ofta ämnen på kinesiska i vår klass. Jag bor i Keats studenthem. Det är väldigt bekvämt. Jag behöver inte lägga tid på att resa. Man kan bara fokusera på att lära sig kinesiska.
Kunmings landskap är mycket vackert. Det är den bästa platsen att studera kinesiska i Kina. Min favoritinlärningsmetod på Keats School är individuell undervisning eftersom den passar alla. Min lärare är mycket bra, mycket omtänksam och trevlig. Mitt liv när jag studerar kinesiska i Kunming är mycket bra och vädret är mycket bra. Luften är mycket bra. Det är bra för äldres kroppar.
