Jag hittade Keats School och jag är så glad att jag gjorde det. När man lär sig kinesiska i Kina på Keats blir man verkligen omhändertagen. Min lärare är verkligen fantastisk och vi blir underbara vänner.
Jag tyckte att Keats var väldigt bra, lärarna är utmärkta och tar verkligen eleverna på allvar. Kunming är det bästa stället att lära sig mandarin i Kina. Miljön är fantastisk, inga föroreningar. Luftkvaliteten är bra, vädret är bra. Människorna här är väldigt vänliga. Jag kommer för att ta lektioner varje dag. Jag känner mig bekväm med att studera kinesiska på Keats. Jag lärde mig så mycket, även om jag bara studerade på Keats i två månader. Jag är verkligen nöjd med min lärare. För oss utlänningar är Keats den bästa kinesiska skolan i Kina. Platsen är väldigt cool. Jag är med en fantastisk grupp människor i min klass, så det är väldigt trevligt att komma till lektionerna. Det är roligt, vi har många diskussioner, spel och aktiviteter. Våra lärare är också väldigt bra och väldigt stödjande. Att lära sig kinesiska är skrämmande i början eftersom man har så många frågor. Men jag skulle rekommendera att komma till Keats eftersom atmosfären för lärande är fantastisk. Det är väldigt avkopplande. Jag skulle rekommendera skolan.
Det spelar ingen roll vilken nivå du har i kinesiska, du kan börja från noll. Din lärare kommer att förbereda lektionerna efter dina behov. Fördelen med att bo på skolan är att du får handledning, privat boende med eget badrum och alla måltider ingår. Jag rekommenderar starkt alla att faktiskt ta hela paketet eftersom du får träffa andra studenter.
Angående att studera kinesiska här, tycker jag att boendeförhållandena är väldigt bekväma eftersom studenthemmet ligger väldigt nära klassrummet. Våra lärare tycker verkligen om att undervisa i kinesiska. De är också väldigt passionerade. Jämfört med andra städer i Kina har Kunming riktigt bra väder.
De bryr sig verkligen om våra intressen, våra frågor och våra krav. Sedan anpassar de innehållet i vårt kinesiska språkprogram efter situationen. En lärare och en elev, så det är lätt att hålla fokus under de 6 timmarna av mandarin-lektioner. Det är väldigt bekvämt att studera, bo och äta i en och samma byggnad.
