Att lyssna och tala i klassrummet varje dag har förbättrat mina kommunikationsförmågor. Efter tre veckor blev mina nya ord och meningar mer och mer naturliga och flytande. Nu är jag van vid att tänka på kinesiska, och jag förstår bättre vad andra säger, för att kunna ha riktiga samtal med andra människor.
Jag hittade Keats School och jag är så glad att jag gjorde det. När man lär sig kinesiska i Kina på Keats blir man verkligen omhändertagen. Min lärare är verkligen fantastisk och vi blir underbara vänner.
Det är väldigt bekvämt att komma till Kunming från Thailand. Jag gillar verkligen mina kinesiskalektioner och min kinesiska förbättrades mycket på några månader. Det finns många fördelar med att lära sig kinesiska. Det bästa jag gillar med Keats är att det ligger i Kunming, en stad med evig vår. Det finns så mycket att se i Kunming och du kommer att älska den här staden när du har kommit dit.
Så under min första vecka på Keats vågade jag inte tala några kinesiska ord. Jag upptäckte att min kinesiska nivå snabbt förbättrades sedan dess. Även om jag har många alternativ att studera i Kina, till exempel erbjuder vissa andra skolor hemvistelse, upptäckte jag att jag kunde fördjupa mig och helt fokusera på att lära mig kinesiska genom att bo på Keats.

Det har varit anmärkningsvärt eftersom jag har träffat många människor som jag träffade första gången förra året, och som gillar mig kommer tillbaka till Keats i år. Undervisningen har varit fantastisk. Lärarna förbereder noggrant varje lektion. Jag tycker att den här individuella metoden verkligen är ett bra sätt att snabbt höja dina kunskaper i kinesiska och öka ditt självförtroende och din flyt i språket.
Jag har gått på Keats School för att lära mig kinesiska fyra gånger nu. Anledningen till att jag återvände till den här skolan är i stort sett att lärarna jag arbetade med var väldigt bra kinesisklärare. Jag har en 5-årsplan eller till och med en 10-årsplan för att komma tillbaka till den här skolan. Alla lärare har metoder för att se vilka färdigheter man har. De är medvetna om vilken nivå man befinner sig på. Jag tror att det är värt det för alla.
Det här är andra gången jag kommer. Förra året var jag också där i ungefär 12 veckor. Den här gången var jag där i 13 veckor av ett sommarprogram i Kina. Anledningen till att jag särskilt gärna vill komma till den här skolan var på grund av de individuella lektionerna. Jag kunde höja min nivå och lära mig kinesiska snabbare än i gruppklasser. Om jag får chansen att komma igen nästa år kommer jag definitivt att göra det.
