Kunming är ett fantastiskt ställe att lära sig kinesiska i Kina eftersom det inte finns många kineser på gatan som talar engelska. Keats har varit en bra skola för mig och många andra utlänningar som studerat i Kina rekommenderade den till mig. Jag tycker att de är helt okej. Studiemetoden här är verkligen strukturerad. De gör det riktigt enkelt att lära sig kinesiska. Det finns också många kulturella och naturliga platser att besöka.
Min första termin gick jag på en annan skola, och pressen där var ganska hög, klassrumstiden var lång och läxorna ganska tråkiga. Sedan jag kom till Keats har jag upptäckt att jag har fått många fler möjligheter att tala i klassrummet. Mina klasskamrater talar flytande och älskar att tala och delta i lektionerna. Vi har en fantastisk dynamik i klassrummet.
Jag tycker verkligen om att komma hit eftersom det är som ett slags hem för mig. Det är en fantastisk miljö att lära sig mandarin i Kina och träffa fantastiska människor från hela världen. Alla här är extremt vänliga. Kunming har ett riktigt trevligt klimat. Det är en mycket bra blandning av den moderna staden och även mycket historisk kinesisk kultur. Har förmodligen den renaste luften i Kina och möjligen det renaste vattnet också. Jag inbjuder dig att komma och studera kinesiska i Kunming.
Jag tycker att den kinesiska lärmiljön här är fantastisk. Undervisningsmetoderna är också väldigt interaktiva och roliga. Det jag särskilt uppskattar här är att min lärare inte håller sig till läroboken. Vi spenderar mycket tid på att diskutera allmänna ämnen, som kinesisk kultur, världsnyheter och typiska uttryck som används av lokalbefolkningen. Vi diskuterar också sociala och ekonomiska ämnen.
Alla lärare är verkligen underbara. Undervisningsnivån på Keats är så mycket högre. Jag älskar verkligen staden. Det är väldigt bekvämt att ta sig runt. Jag rekommenderar Keats varmt. Det är ett fantastiskt ställe att studera kinesiska i Kina. Vi ser fram emot att komma tillbaka igen senare i år.
Jag tycker Kunming är en fantastisk stad, vädret är riktigt bra. Jag gillar verkligen Keats skola och tyckte att den är väldigt organiserad. Lärarna här är väldigt bra. De har ett kafé och nya klassrum, en ny lounge här nu, så att du kan koppla av med dina vänner och öva din talade kinesiska med infödda. Om du funderar på att komma till Keats för att studera, skulle jag verkligen rekommendera det. Det är det bästa stället att lära sig mandarin och jag tror att det kommer att bli en fantastisk upplevelse för dig.
Angående att studera kinesiska här, tycker jag att boendeförhållandena är väldigt bekväma eftersom studenthemmet ligger väldigt nära klassrummet. Våra lärare tycker verkligen om att undervisa i kinesiska. De är också väldigt passionerade. Jämfört med andra städer i Kina har Kunming riktigt bra väder.
Jag har haft en fantastisk tid på Keats. Jag är förvånad över hur mycket jag har lärt mig under de senaste tre veckorna och jag kommer att bli väldigt ledsen över att åka. Vi planerar redan vår nästa resa tillbaka eftersom vi hade en så fantastisk tid här. De skräddarsyr verkligen den kinesiska språkkursen efter dig och dina individuella behov.
