Opettajani ovat kaikki erinomaisia. He kouluttivat opettajat niin ammattimaisesti. Minusta tuntuu, että opin opettajani kanssa todella nopeasti. He ovat erittäin vakavissaan oppilaistaan, ja tiedän, että jokainen opettaja on tällainen. Suosittelen lämpimästi Keatsia, jos etsit parasta kiinalaista koulua Kiinassa.
Aloitin kiinan kielen opiskelun yliopistossa viime vuonna. Syy, miksi tulin tänne, on se, että valmistaudun parhaillaan HSK 5 -kokeeseen. Kuulin myös, että tämä on yksi parhaista kouluista opiskella mandariinikiinaa Kiinassa. Tultuani tänne tajusin, että Kunming on aika siisti kaupunki asua, ja opettajien opetusmenetelmät ovat mielestäni erittäin ammattitaitoisia. Ja mielestäni kieliympäristö on hyvä, joten nyt olen valmis suorittamaan HSK 5 -kokeen.
Nimeni on Sarah Fish. Olen 81-vuotias. Osasin hyvin vähän kiinaa saapuessani. Miten selviäisin kahdesta viikosta intensiivistä kiinan kielen kurssista? Minun on pakko nauraa, kun ajattelen sitä nyt. Mikä positiivinen kokemus tämä on ollut! Toivon todella, että voisimme olla täällä vähän pidempään. Opettajat ovat erittäin kannustavia, he arvioivat ensin, kuinka paljon joku tietää, ja aloittavat sitten siitä.
Ensimmäisellä lukukaudellani toisessa koulussa paine oli siellä melko kova, luokkatunnit olivat pitkiä ja läksyt melko tylsiä. Keatsiin tultuani olen huomannut, että minulla on paljon enemmän tilaisuuksia puhua luokkahuoneessa. Kaikki luokkatoverini puhuvat sujuvasti ja rakastavat puhumista ja osallistumista tunnille. Meillä on loistava luokkadynamiikka.
En voi sanoin kuvailla, kuinka paljon pidin siitä. Opettajissa ja opetusmenetelmässä pidin erityisesti joustavuudesta. Toinen asia, josta pidin opetuksessa, oli klassisen oppikirjaoppimisen ja ulkona olemisen yhdistelmä. Rakastin sitä! Tykkään tutustua muihin oppilaisiin. Kaikilla oli sama tavoite, ja se paransi heidän kiinan kielen taitoaan. Kunming on iso kaupunki, mutta täällä on erittäin turvallista asua. Toinen asia, josta pidin Keatsissa, oli ajatus siitä, että ihmiset täällä auttavat sinua. Suosittelen sitä tarpeeksi. Mielestäni se oli arvokas kokemus. Odotan innolla paluuta!
Tämä on toinen kertani. Viime vuonnakin olin siellä noin 12 viikkoa. Tällä kertaa tulin 13 viikoksi kesäohjelmaan Kiinaan. Syy, miksi haluan erityisesti tulla tähän kouluun, on yksilötunnit. Pystyin nostamaan taitotasoani ja oppimaan kiinaa nopeammin kuin ryhmätunneilla. Jos minulla on mahdollisuus tulla uudelleen ensi vuonna, teen sen varmasti.
Kiinan kielen opiskelusta täällä puhuttaessa mielestäni asumisolosuhteet ovat erittäin kätevät, koska asuntola on hyvin lähellä luokkahuonetta. Opettajamme todella nauttivat kiinan kielen opettamisesta. He ovat myös erittäin intohimoisia. Verrattuna muihin Kiinan kaupunkeihin, Kunmingissa on todella hyvä sää.
