Chinese people like to eat together; this tradition can be traced a long time ago. It reflects the Chinese notion of union versus division—round tables, round dishes, and round bowls all symbolize union and perfection. Dishes are usually placed at the center of the table so that everyone around the table can share them. A […]
Cutting has always been a distinctive feature of Chinese culinary art. The ingredients of a given dish can be cut into slices, strips, shreds, cubes, segments, dices, grains, or minced into a uniform and small size. Some materials can be carved into the artistic shape of peonies, peacocks and phoenixes. Chinese characters can also be […]

Meanwhile it has the function of recording the historic events, so “knot” is respected a lot. Also, in the long process of developing, the knot is given […]

Nautin todella kiinan kielen opiskelusta Kunmingissa Keatsilla.
Meillä on todella hauskaa luokassa.
Kouluni on mahtava. Suosittelen Keats Schoolia, koska se on kätevämpi tapa oppia kiinaa Kunmingissa.
Nimeni on Sarah Fish. Olen 81-vuotias.
