The first semester in 2015 has ended, and small group class teachers are using the time after the semester has ended to summarize what they have taught and go over any methods or materials that proved especially effective or ineffective. In summary, for the start of the 2015 fall semester, the school has already done a lot of preparation.
To avoid students forgetting when their visa expiries, the school has sent a letter to all students who need to renew their visa, reminding them to get all of the required paperwork in. A lot of students thanked us for reminding them, and for paying that much attention to their situation, they were also happy that over winter break our school still have teachers working, as this allowed them to turn in paperwork at anytime.
As any student who has taken our small group classes knows, during the first week students will be able to choose a class appropriate for their Chinese level. Starting from the next semester, when they sign up for classes, students will also be able to use our own table for judging their Chinese level, to be able to find a class that fits more easily. Keats School will help students to know about their level by offering free test from August 17 to August 28 for 2015 Autumn Semester.
Last semester, our teachers would plan a special class every month, next semester we plan to continue having these rich and exiting classes, so students can learn Chinese in a happy environment.
Last semester’s picnic and photograph contest were also huge successes, so next semester we plan on having similar activities, and encourage students to bring their foreign friends.
All in all, Keats has already done a lot of preparation for 2015 Autumn Semester, and welcomes anyone to come study at our school.
