En ting jeg virkelig godt kunne lide var, at jeg kunne arbejde sammen med min lærer om at lave en individuel studieplan. En anden dejlig ting er, at man bor på skolen, man føler sig helt tryg. Man har altid en gruppe mennesker, der er villige til at lave ting sammen med en i weekenderne eller om aftenen. De serverer alle 3 måltider om dagen, og maden var fremragende.
Jeg har haft en fantastisk tid på Keats. Jeg er forbløffet over, hvor meget jeg har lært i løbet af de sidste 3 uger, og jeg vil være virkelig ked af at skulle afsted. Vi planlægger allerede vores næste tur tilbage, fordi vi havde en så fantastisk tid her. De skræddersyr virkelig det kinesiske sprogkursus til dig og dine individuelle behov.
Jeg fandt Keats School, og jeg er så glad for, at jeg gjorde det. Når man lærer kinesisk i Kina på Keats, bliver man taget godt vare på. Min lærer er virkelig fantastisk, og vi bliver dejlige venner.
Jeg nyder virkelig at komme her, fordi det er som et slags hjem for mig. Det er et fantastisk miljø at lære mandarin-kinesisk i Kina og møde fantastiske mennesker fra hele verden. Alle her er ekstremt venlige. Kunming har et rigtig dejligt klima. Det er en meget god blanding af den moderne by og også en masse historisk kinesisk kultur. Har sandsynligvis den reneste luft i Kina og muligvis også det reneste vand. Jeg inviterer dig til at komme og studere kinesisk i Kunming.
I mit første semester gik jeg på en anden skole, og presset der var ret højt, timerne i klasseværelset var lange, og lektierne var ret kedelige. Siden jeg kom til Keats, har jeg opdaget, at jeg har mange flere muligheder for at tale i klasseværelset. Mine klassekammerater taler alle flydende og elsker at tale og deltage i undervisningen. Vi har en fantastisk dynamik i klasseværelset.
Alle lærerne er virkelig dejlige. Undervisningsniveauet på Keats er så meget højere. Jeg elsker virkelig byen. Det er meget behageligt at komme rundt i. Jeg kan varmt anbefale Keats. Det er et fantastisk sted at studere kinesisk i Kina. Vi glæder os til at komme tilbage igen senere på året.
At lytte og tale i klasseværelset hver dag har forbedret mine kommunikationsevner. Efter tre uger blev mine nye ord og sætninger mere og mere naturlige og flydende. Nu er jeg vant til at tænke på kinesisk, og jeg forstår bedre, hvad andre mennesker siger, for at kunne have rigtige samtaler med andre mennesker.
De er virkelig interesserede i, hvad vores interesser er, hvilke spørgsmål vi har, og hvilke krav vi har. Så tilpasser de indholdet af vores kinesiske sprogprogram efter situationen. Én lærer og én elev, så det er nemt at holde fokus i de 6 timers fordybelseslektioner i mandarin. Det er meget bekvemt at studere, bo og spise i én bygning.
