Det er anden gang, jeg kommer. Sidste år var jeg også her i omkring 12 uger. Denne gang var jeg her i 13 uger som en del af et sommerprogram i Kina. Grunden til, at jeg især gerne vil komme på denne skole, var på grund af den individuelle undervisning. Jeg var i stand til at forbedre mit niveau og lære kinesisk hurtigere end i gruppetimer. Hvis jeg får chancen igen næste år, vil jeg helt sikkert gøre det.
Vi bruger mange spil til at lære grammatik og nye ord. Vi har virkelig gode lærere, virkelig tålmodige. Hun hjælper os meget. Vores klasse er virkelig sød, og vi har folk fra hele verden, forskellige lande. Vi diskuterer ofte emner på kinesisk i vores klasse. Jeg bor på Keats’ kollegieværelse. Det er meget praktisk. Jeg behøver ikke at bruge tid på at rejse. Du kan bare fokusere på at lære kinesisk.
Alle mine klassekammerater bliver sammen i et år, og vi har forbedret os så meget! Lærerne på Keats er alle rigtig fantastiske. De kan lide at organisere en masse aktiviteter for at hjælpe os med at lære kinesisk. Jeg kan godt lide Keats! Jeg kan godt lide Kunming!
Jeg synes, Kunming er en fantastisk by, vejret er rigtig godt. Jeg kan virkelig godt lide Keats skole og synes, den er meget organiseret. Lærerne her er meget dygtige. De har en café og nye klasseværelser, et nyt loungeområde her nu, så du kan slappe af med dine venner og øve dit talte kinesisk med indfødte. Hvis du overvejer at komme til Keats for at studere, vil jeg virkelig anbefale det. Det er det bedste sted at lære mandarin, og jeg tror, det vil være en fantastisk oplevelse for dig.
I mit første semester gik jeg på en anden skole, og presset der var ret højt, timerne i klasseværelset var lange, og lektierne var ret kedelige. Siden jeg kom til Keats, har jeg opdaget, at jeg har mange flere muligheder for at tale i klasseværelset. Mine klassekammerater taler alle flydende og elsker at tale og deltage i undervisningen. Vi har en fantastisk dynamik i klasseværelset.
De er virkelig interesserede i, hvad vores interesser er, hvilke spørgsmål vi har, og hvilke krav vi har. Så tilpasser de indholdet af vores kinesiske sprogprogram efter situationen. Én lærer og én elev, så det er nemt at holde fokus i de 6 timers fordybelseslektioner i mandarin. Det er meget bekvemt at studere, bo og spise i én bygning.
Jeg har haft en fantastisk tid på Keats. Jeg er forbløffet over, hvor meget jeg har lært i løbet af de sidste 3 uger, og jeg vil være virkelig ked af at skulle afsted. Vi planlægger allerede vores næste tur tilbage, fordi vi havde en så fantastisk tid her. De skræddersyr virkelig det kinesiske sprogkursus til dig og dine individuelle behov.
Jeg har virkelig nydt kinesiskkurset i Kina på Keats og at møde lærerne her og eleverne. Vi har det rigtig sjovt i timerne. Det er en rigtig god skole at lære på med gode undervisningsmetoder og en rigtig god lærebog, eksempler og spil og alt muligt.
