Co se týče studia čínštiny, myslím si, že životní podmínky jsou velmi pohodlné, protože kolej je velmi blízko učebny. Naši učitelé si výuku čínštiny opravdu užívají. Jsou také velmi nadšení. Ve srovnání s jinými městy v Číně má Kunming opravdu pěkné počasí.

Jmenuji se Sarah Fish. Je mi 81 let. Když jsem přijela, uměla jsem čínsky jen velmi málo. Jak jsem měla přežít dva týdny intenzivního kurzu čínštiny? Teď se musím smát, když na to vzpomenu. Absolvoval(a) jsem individuální intenzivní kurz čínštiny 6 hodin denně. Lekce jsou velmi zajímavé. Učitelé jsou starostliví a obsah, který mě učí, je vhodný pro mou úroveň. Je to snadný způsob, jak se naučit mandarínštinu. Mám spoustu času na procvičování čínštiny ve třídě. Jídlo je zde skvělé. Díky tomuto programu v Keats jsem si zlepšil(a) čínštinu.
Od minulého semestru jsme začali studovat čínštinu na Keats. Byla to nejlepší volba, jakou jsme kdy mohli udělat. Je to opravdu dobrá škola. Kunming je opravdu příjemné město k životu, zvláště ve srovnání s jinými městy na východě. Opravdu jim záleží na tom, co nás zajímá, jaké máme otázky a jaké máme požadavky. Pak upravují obsah našeho programu čínštiny podle situace. Jeden učitel a jeden student, takže je snadné se soustředit po dobu 6 hodin lekcí mandarínštiny. Je velmi pohodlné studovat, bydlet a jíst v jedné budově.
Toto místo si opravdu užívám, protože máme soukromé lekce mandarínštiny. Absolvovala jsem 6hodinový program, 4 hodiny dopoledne a 2 odpoledne. I když je to docela hodně, výuka je zdarma. To je velmi užitečné, protože jsem si mohla zopakovat, co jsem dělala předtím, a naučit se nové věci. Moji dva učitelé jsou fantastičtí. Bydlíme ve škole, takže je to pohodlné. Je pro mě zajímavé setkávat se s lidmi z celého světa.
