Jmenuji se Sarah Fish. Je mi 81 let. Když jsem přijela, uměla jsem čínsky jen velmi málo. Jak jsem měla přežít dva týdny intenzivního kurzu čínštiny? Teď se musím smát, když na to vzpomenu. Byla to ale pozitivní zkušenost! Opravdu si přeji, abychom tu mohli být o něco déle. Učitelé jsou nesmírně povzbudiví, nejdříve zhodnotí, kolik toho kdo ví, a pak od toho začnou.
V prvním semestru jsem studoval na jiné škole a tlak tam byl docela vysoký, hodiny ve třídě byly dlouhé a domácí úkoly dost únavné. Od doby, co jsem přišel na Keats, jsem zjistil, že mám mnohem více příležitostí mluvit ve třídě. Všichni moji spolužáci mluví plynně a rádi mluví a zapojují se do výuky. Máme skvělou dynamiku ve třídě.
Myslím, že Kunming je skvělé město, počasí je opravdu dobré. Moc se mi líbí škola Keats a zjistil jsem, že je velmi organizovaná. Učitelé jsou zde velmi dobří. Mají kavárnu a nové učebny, teď tu je i nová společenská místnost, takže si můžete odpočinout s přáteli a procvičit si mluvenou čínštinu s rodilými mluvčími. Pokud uvažujete o tom, že byste jeli studovat do Keats, opravdu bych to doporučil. Je to nejlepší místo pro učení se mandarínštiny a myslím, že to pro vás bude skvělý zážitek.
Je to moje účast podruhé. Loni jsem také přijel na asi 12 týdnů. Tentokrát jsem přijel na 13 týdnů letního programu v Číně. Důvod, proč chci do této školy přijet, byly individuální kurzy. Podařilo se mi zlepšit si úroveň a naučit se čínsky rychleji než ve skupinových kurzech. Pokud budu mít příští rok možnost přijet znovu, určitě to udělám.
V Keats jsem si užil/a úžasný čas. Jsem ohromen/a, kolik jsem se toho za poslední 3 týdny naučil/a, a bude mi opravdu líto, že odtud odjedu. Už teď plánujeme naši další cestu zpět, protože jsme si tu užili fantastický čas. Kurz čínštiny opravdu přizpůsobí vám a vašim individuálním potřebám.
Jsem postgraduální studentka a pracuji na doktorátu na Kolumbijské univerzitě. Mohli jsme se opravdu soustředit na mluvení, zejména na mluvení v rámci pohovorů, a dokázali jsme si opravdu zlepšit znalosti čínštiny ve čtení a psaní, takže až se vrátím na Kolumbijskou univerzitu, můžu navštěvovat formální kurzy čínštiny. Byla to opravdu dobrá zkušenost a svého učitele mám opravdu ráda.
Bylo to pozoruhodné, protože jsem se setkal se spoustou lidí, které jsem potkal poprvé loni, a proto jsem se letos vrátil do Keats. Výuka byla fantastická. Učitelé pečlivě připravují každou lekci. Myslím, že tento individuální přístup je opravdu skvělý způsob, jak rychle zvýšit vaši úroveň čínštiny a posílit vaši sebedůvěru a plynulost jazyka.
Studoval jsem na Keatsově univerzitě dva semestry. Keats School vřele doporučuji. Pokud máte velký zájem o kurz mandarínštiny v Číně, doporučuji vám přijet do Kunmingu. Lidé v Kunmingu jsou velmi přátelští. Počasí v Kunmingu je skvělé. Doporučuji vám tedy studovat čínštinu na Keatsově univerzitě v Kunmingu.
