Takže během mého prvního týdne v Keats jsem se neodvážil promluvit ani slovo čínsky. Zjistil jsem, že se moje úroveň čínštiny od té doby rychle zlepšila. Keats se mi zdál velmi dobrý, učitelé jsou vynikající a berou studenty opravdu vážně. Kunming je nejlepší místo pro výuku mandarínštiny v Číně. Prostředí je úžasné, žádné znečištění. Kvalita ovzduší je skvělá, počasí je dobré. Lidé jsou zde velmi přátelští. Chodím na hodiny každý den. Cítím se dobře při studiu čínštiny v Keats. Naučil jsem se tolik věcí, i když jsem v Keats studoval jen 2 měsíce. Jsem se svým učitelem opravdu spokojený. Pro nás cizince je Keats nejlepší čínskou školou v Číně. Proto bych Keats všem vřele doporučil.
Učitelé v Keats vědí, jak číst studenty a jak jim pomoci snadno se naučit čínsky. Znají úroveň studentů. Učím se pomalu, ale dokázali se mému učení přizpůsobit. Hodinu udělali velmi zábavnou a vzrušující. Jsem rád, že jsem se nejen naučil kulturu a jazyk, ale také jsem si našel úžasné přátele, opravdu neuvěřitelné, čínské přátele a evropské přátele, americké přátele z celého světa.
Studium čínštiny v Kunmingu na Keats University mě opravdu baví. Učitelé jsou skvělí a moji spolužáci jsou úžasní. Je to pro mě nezapomenutelný zážitek. Také jsem měl možnost cestovat na další místa v Yunnanu. Ta místa jsou úžasná a pokud budete studovat čínštinu v Číně na Keats University, určitě je musíte navštívit.
V prvním semestru jsem studoval na jiné škole a tlak tam byl docela vysoký, hodiny ve třídě byly dlouhé a domácí úkoly dost únavné. Od doby, co jsem přišel na Keats, jsem zjistil, že mám mnohem více příležitostí mluvit ve třídě. Všichni moji spolužáci mluví plynně a rádi mluví a zapojují se do výuky. Máme skvělou dynamiku ve třídě.
Co se týče studia čínštiny, myslím si, že životní podmínky jsou velmi pohodlné, protože kolej je velmi blízko učebny. Naši učitelé si výuku čínštiny opravdu užívají. Jsou také velmi nadšení. Ve srovnání s jinými městy v Číně má Kunming opravdu pěkné počasí.
